Design & Engineering
Our experienced team of mechanical and electrical engineers uses advanced CAD/CAM software to design precision machinery. Each design goes through multiple iterations and simulations before production.
CNC Machining
Our CNC workshop houses over 50 machines including CNC turning centers, VMC, and wire EDM machines. We achieve tolerances as fine as 0.01mm, ensuring every component meets exact specifications.
Fabrication & Welding
Our fabrication unit handles structural frames, bodies, and components with MIG, TIG, and spot welding. All frames are stress-relieved and precision-machined for perfect alignment.
Electrical & Panel Building
Our electrical department handles PLC programming, servo drive configurations, and control panel assembly. We use premium components from Siemens, Schneider, and ABB for reliability.
Assembly Line
Machines are assembled in dedicated bays by skilled technicians following detailed SOPs. Each assembly stage is documented and checked to ensure perfect fit and finish.
Quality Assurance
Every machine undergoes 72+ hours of testing including load tests, speed tests, and production trials. We maintain detailed quality reports for each machine before dispatch.
