1. Shipping Overview

At Creative Industrie, we understand that timely and safe delivery of your machinery is critical to your business operations. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and terms for delivering industrial machinery both within India and internationally.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Delivery Area: We ship to all states and union territories across India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may require additional time and coordination.
• Shipping Partners: We use reputed logistics providers including DTDC, Blue Dart, VRL Logistics, Safexpress, and specialized heavy machinery transporters for safe delivery.
• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges vary based on the machine size, weight, and delivery destination. Shipping costs will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation. Free delivery may be available for orders within certain regions or above specified order values.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within major cities takes 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take 15-25 business days.
• Installation: For most machines, we provide on-site installation and commissioning as part of the purchase. Our engineer will schedule a visit after delivery to set up and test the machine.

3. International Shipping

• Countries Served: We export to over 30 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. Contact our export team for availability in your country.
• Shipping Terms: International orders are shipped on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) basis as agreed in the order confirmation.
• Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our product pricing.
• Documentation: We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading/airway bill.
• Delivery Timeline: International shipments typically take 4-8 weeks depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping method (sea or air freight).

4. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Standard machines are dispatched within 5-10 business days after receiving full payment or as per the agreed payment schedule. Custom-built machines may require 4-8 weeks for manufacturing and dispatch.
• Dispatch Notification: You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email and SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. You can track your order through the carrier's website or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Inspection

• Upon Delivery: Please inspect the packaging and the machine carefully at the time of delivery.
• Visible Damage: If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the machine, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs immediately. Report the damage to our support team within 24 hours.
• Hidden Damage: If hidden damage is discovered after unpacking, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a detailed description.
• Shortage: Check all items against the packing list. Report any missing items or accessories within 48 hours.

6. Installation and Commissioning

• Our trained engineers will visit your site to install and commission the machine after delivery.
• Installation is included in the machine price for most products. If separate, it will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
• Basic site preparation (power supply, compressed air, foundation, etc.) is the customer's responsibility as per the specifications provided in the machine manual.
• Operator training is provided during installation at no additional cost.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
• Government regulations, strikes, or lockdowns
• Customs delays for international shipments
• Unforeseen manufacturing requirements
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to minimize any inconvenience. Delivery delays shall not constitute grounds for order cancellation unless the delay exceeds 90 days beyond the confirmed delivery date.

8. Cancellation Due to Non-Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal to accept delivery, the shipping costs and return charges will be borne by the customer.
