Kurkure Roaster Machine

What is Kurkure Roaster Machine?

reative Industries, headquartered in Siliguri, West Bengal, manufactures an exceptional Kurkure Roaster Machine that is engineered for the precise and uniform roasting of extruded corn snacks including Kurkure and similar products. This roaster machine is an essential component in the snack production line, placed after the extrusion stage to achieve the signature crunch and golden finish that consumers love. The machine operates on a continuous rotary drum principle where the extruded snack pieces are tumbled inside a heated drum while oil and seasonings are sprayed evenly across the surface. The uniform tumbling action ensures that every single piece receives identical heat exposure, resulting in consistent color, texture, and taste across the entire batch. The heating system employs advanced thermal technology that maintains the roasting temperature within a narrow range, preventing overheating or under-roasting of the snack pieces. The oil spray system is designed for precise metering so that the exact amount of oil is applied to the snacks, reducing waste and ensuring cost efficiency. The drum speed is adjustable through a variable frequency drive, allowing operators to fine-tune the roasting time based on the specific product being processed. The interior of the roasting drum is constructed from food-grade stainless steel that resists corrosion and is easy to clean between production runs. The exterior insulation layer minimizes heat loss to the surrounding environment, improving energy efficiency and creating a safer working environment for operators. Creative Industries has incorporated a PLC-based control system in this roaster that monitors and adjusts temperature, drum speed, and oil spray rate automatically based on pre-set parameters. The machine is designed for seamless integration with the Kurkure Making Machine and downstream seasoning equipment to form a complete production line. The compact design of the roaster allows it to be installed in factories with limited floor space without sacrificing production capacity. The discharge mechanism uses a controlled chute that gently transfers roasted snacks to the next stage without causing breakage or crumbling. Regular maintenance is simplified through easily accessible panels and modular components that can be serviced without specialized tools. Creative Industries provides complete installation and commissioning support from our Siliguri facility, ensuring that the roaster machine is operational at peak efficiency from day one. The machine is rigorously tested under various load conditions before delivery to guarantee reliable performance in demanding snack manufacturing environments across West Bengal and beyond.
